The role is focused on selling production machine and laboratory equipment and its consumables to the biotechnology, pharma, chemical, food, and beverage industries. We seek outstanding sales and organizational skills. We also expect an excellent communicator who understands our customer’s needs ultimately be responsible for managing and growing business.

 Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Conducting market research and analysis
  • Continually develop and aligning long-term business strategy plans & targets
  • Collaborating with colleagues and industry networking
  • Participating in trade shows
  • Pre-qualifying sales leads and developing sales opportunities
  • Managing Sales and Service Team
  • Target Management
  • Preparing and presenting technical and sales presentations
  • Sales Channel Management
  • Budget Preparation
  • Stock Management

Profound Experience In Sales Execution

  • Demonstrating strong sales experience
  • Having a resilient, can-do mind-set
  • Being an outstanding communicator – written and verbal – able to work with individuals across levels, functions, brands, countries and cultures
  • Highly commercial individual with a track record of managing customer platform, with a particular focus on driving sales and profit growth
  • Having leadership values and management capabilities
  • Profound Understanding of P&L

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (e.g. Biology or Chemical), Chemistry Science, Business or equivalent experience
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in production machine and laboratory equipment and its consumables
  • Language requirements: Fluent in English
  • Must be willing/able to travel to visit customers, potential clients, tradeshows and industry functions
  • Good interpersonal skills and work well in a team setting as well as independently as required
  • Detail-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers
  • Self-motivated
